Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all our products across India.

Once your order is placed, our team will process it within 3–5 business days, followed by dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customization level and destination, but typically orders are delivered within 7–14 working days.

All our packages are securely packed and 100% insured until they reach your doorstep. In case of any damage during transit, we urge you to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Return & Exchange Policy

Since most of our products are custom-made and handcrafted, returns are only applicable on non-customized products and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

No exchanges are entertained

Custom and Personalized Orders:
As each piece is uniquely created for your occasion, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized products unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Custom Orders:
For products that are not personalized (e.g., standard gift boxes or stationery), you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Packed securely in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the original invoice

Refund Method:
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed via bank transfer or credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the product passes our quality check.

Return Shipping Costs

We offer free reverse pickup in India for all eligible return requests. You will be contacted by our courier partner to schedule the pickup.

How to Raise a Return Request

  2. Mention your order number and the reason for return.

  3. Our support team will guide you through the process and schedule a pickup if eligible.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will initiate your refund.
